LIVE sync
When the leader changes the song, key or order, everyone sees it in a split second. Phone clocks are fine-tuned on the fly, so the count-in starts together.
For cover bands, wedding bands and every act that plays live
One person picks the song, the whole band is ready. StageSync syncs lyrics, chords, tempo and click across every musician’s phone: in real time, on stage, no internet required.
Sound familiar?
StageSync ends all that with a single tap from the leader.
How it works
The leader’s phone becomes the session server. All you need is shared Wi-Fi: from the mixer, the venue or the leader’s hotspot. No internet required.
Musicians join in seconds. The setlist and every song are already saved on their phones, so nothing loads mid-set.
Everyone sees the lyrics, the chords in the right key, the tempo and the count-in at the same moment. Click in your in-ears if you want it.
Features

Basement venue, tent in a field, zero bars? Doesn’t matter. The phones connect locally.
Singer wants D instead of E tonight? Every chord rewrites itself, even in German-style notation (H, B, fis, Es).
A metronome locked to the song’s tempo, with a count-in. Each musician can mute it on their own phone, and the count-in still shows on screen.
Tap a chord to see how to play it on guitar. And hear how it sounds.
Build sets and running order ahead of time, then swap songs mid-gig with a long press. Crowd requesting a song that isn’t there? Add it to a specific set without stopping the session.
Solo written out in notation? Drop a photo anywhere in the song and it’s saved on your phone, ready for the stage.
Lyrics scroll on their own, in time with the song. Your hands stay on your instrument.
Who edits the repertoire, who builds setlists, who runs the session. The leader decides, and one account works across multiple bands.
StageSync Studio
Studio is a browser-based editor for your computer. Drag in Word files or chord-over-lyrics text, and Studio turns them into songs ready to play.
Less paper.|Less confusion.|More playing.
FAQ
No. The leader’s phone runs the session, and the other phones connect to it over shared Wi-Fi: the mixer’s router, the venue’s network or the leader’s hotspot. You only need internet beforehand, to download the repertoire to your phone.
At launch, StageSync runs on Android. An iPhone version is on the roadmap, so the whole band can play together no matter who has which phone.
The easiest way is StageSync Studio on your computer: drag in Word or text files, and Studio detects titles, chords above lyrics and section headers. You can also add and edit songs right on your phone.
No. Each musician turns the metronome sound on or off for themselves. The count-in, beat dots and scrolling work the same for everyone.
No. One account can belong to many bands, and the app always shows you only the songs and setlists of the band you’ve selected.
StageSync is free during the beta. Before anything changes, testers will be the first to know.
